Otitis externa is a persistent and recurrent problem, the resistance of involved pathogens to conventional drugs has made this serious issue in veterinary medicine. This an inflammation external ear canal dogs that can be caused by bacteria or yeast. Often, these two causative agents are isolated together combination. study aimed determine prevalence yeast degree infestation canine otitis at clinics for small pets Department Veterinary Medicine, University Novi Sad, Serbia. Samples were taken from 60 with clinical symptoms using sterile swab sent laboratory further mycological bacteriological examination. In order isolate yeast, methods used under aerobic conditions.
